The residues of the shaving dust, if not removed from the surface of WB leather, can cause the formation of stains on the final product.

During the retanning phase, these powdered residues pass in water suspension and for their removal is necessary to filter the bath through fine screen, outside the drum.

For this purpose, Italprogetti proposes the installation of the screen DISCOPLUS that, thanks to its small dimensions, can be positioned just besides the drum.

The screen DISCOPLUS retains the shaving residues between its micro-filtering disks and the filtered bath can be piped again inside the drum.

Thanks to the rotation of the discs, the shaving dusts are expelled from the screen and collected in container.
